Cancellation & Refund Policy

๐ง Our Promise: We believe in fair and hassle-free resolution. If something goes wrong with
your order, we will make it right.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before dispatch: Free cancellation, full refund or credit note issued within 24 hours.
- After dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the delivery vehicle is en route. You may refuse at delivery and a credit note will be issued for future orders.
- Bulk/Corporate orders: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 10% cancellation charge.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product seal is broken or tampered upon delivery.
- The product received is visibly different (wrong size/type) from what was ordered.
- Leaking or physically damaged packaging at the time of delivery.
Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product by calling or WhatsApp messaging us on +91 7060607763.
3. Refund Process
Upon approval of a valid return or cancellation:
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 working days via the original payment method.
- Cash orders will receive refund via bank transfer or UPI. Please share bank details at the time of complaint.
- For subscription customers, credit is adjusted in the next billing cycle.
4. 20L Jar Deposit Refund
The refundable security deposit paid for 20L polycarbonate jars is returned in full when the jar is returned in serviceable condition. Jars returned with cracks, chips, or missing caps may have a deduction applied.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Products stored improperly after delivery (exposure to sunlight, heat).
- Change of mind after delivery has been accepted.
- Complaints filed after 24 hours of delivery without photographic evidence.
